Terms of Service

DEFINITE BOOKING
Once you sign and submit the invoice, along with the required deposit, your reservation will be confirmed and considered a definite booking. All deposits are non-refundable.

HOLIDAYS BOOKING
Please note the following for bookings on National Holidays:
– Booking price is twice (2X) the standard rate.
– A deposit is required and must be received at least 10 days prior to the event’s booking date.

GUEST COUNT
The total amount of guests presented at the event must be equal to or less than the client’s approximate guess count. In the event that the amount of guests presented exceed the approximated guest count, Getting Tipsy will not be held accountable for any issue in regard to the shortage of alcohol.

VENDOR’S MEALS
The client must provide at least one meal portion for each Getting Tipsy’s worker presented at the event.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made via Cash, Credit Card, Check, or Money Order. The initial deposit for the event will be due within fourteen (14) days after the consultation date. Final payment must be made seven (7) days prior to the date of the event.

REFUND POLICY
There will be no refund once the service has been completed. Any dispute that Getting Tipsy decides to settle in favor of the client, only Getting Tipsy Credit (redeemable for future booking) shall be issue, no cash value will be given.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer may cancel this contract without cause at any time prior to the event, causing forfeit of the initial deposit.

LIABILITY
The Customer agrees to be responsible for any damage done to the venue, or any other off-site premises at which the function may be held, by the Customer, guests, invitees, employees, independent contractors, or other agents under the Customer’s control. Getting Tipsy, Inc. will not assume or accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the venue prior to, during, or following the Customer’s function.

AGREEMENT
The agreement shall be considered accepted once both parties have signed below. It is our understanding that you are empowered by your group to make these arrangements. A signature delivered by facsimile or electronic means will be considered binding for both parties.
